What locations does Upperide fly to?
We provide commuter and charter flight transportation to and from Manhattan, Lakewood, NJ and Mahwah/Monsey. Charter flights to private destinations are also available.


What if I am running late?
Upperide is committed to leaving on time and cannot hold up flights for passengers who have been delayed.


What are première seats?
Première seats give you a beautiful, panoramic, one of a kind front seat view during your flight.


What if my flight gets canceled due to weather conditions?
All passengers will be notified via email or text message if a flight has been canceled due to poor weather conditions. Upperide may cancel or delay flights in the event of conditions beyond our control. A credit will be issued for a future flight.


How can I check flight availability?
Up to date flight information is available on our website.

Is a ticket refundable due to poor weather conditions?
In the event that Upperide cannot fly due to poor weather conditions, contact us to reschedule your flight at no additional charge.


Can I cancel or reschedule the flight after making a reservation?
Reservation can only be canceled within 24 hours of original booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking, as well as no-shows or late arrivals are nonrefundable. Contact Upperide more than 48 hours in advance of your flight, and we will do our utmost to reschedule at no additional cost.


Is luggage allowed on flights?
Personal items such a briefcases, attache cases, or purse are allowed on all flights. Because of weight limits for flights, all check in pieces must be paid for at the time of booking.


Are food and beverages allowed in the helicopter?
Water is permitted.
